New pricing will take effect on October 1, 2025. Existing requests received prior to October 1st will remain at the current pricing structure with the 10% materials surcharge in effect if layouts are approved for production and payment arrangements are received within 30 days of the estimate date. After October 1st, approved layouts with an estimate date older than 30 days will be adjusted. Orders already approved and in production will not be affected by this increase.
We continue to experience unprecedented and almost daily increases in raw materials, affecting everything from metal ingot, polymer resin and wood for patterns to boxes and packaging materials.
The current materials surcharge has been adjusted to 10% on new orders effective September 1, 2023. We appreciate your continued understanding and support.
