The Century Structure program, created by the Zionsville Historical Society in 1987, honors Zionsville’s historic residential and commercial structures.
Now administered by the SullivanMunce Cultural Center, the program recognizes architecturally significant Zionsville buildings at least 100 years in age. Homeowners have two options when applying for historic designation: a Century Structure Designation for homes at least 100 years old, and a Heritage Home Designation for homes at least 75 years old.
